The Pittsburgh Steelers’ rookie class has been a successful one thus far. While the likes of Troy Fautanu and Roman Wilson haven’t played a game due to injuries, they have had tremendous production from multiple first-year players. Zach Frazier and Mason McCormick have proven to be offensive line building blocks for the long-term future, the former of which has impressed so much that he was named the team’s Rookie of the Year.

Frazier was given the honor by the team, and he spoke about it on Tuesday.

“It’s flown by honestly,” Frazier said of his rookie campaign. “It’s gone by fast. I feel like I’ve learned a lot. Just tried to build week by week. Get a little bit better every week and just focus on how to get better and how I can make our team better.”

Frazier has already become one of the 10 best centers in football as a rookie, which the Steelers needed after the drought at the position in the years following Maurkice Pouncey’s retirement.
