The Pittsburgh Steelers are looking end their three-game skid in their home finale when they host the Cincinnati Bengals. Will they get to 11 wins? Here is what our staff sees.

After one of the highest scoring games in the entire NFL the last time out, sparks will fly between these two. The Cincinnati Bengals come to Pittsburgh with everything to lose this time around. The Steelers on the other hand have slim yet possible hopes of winning the AFC North still. With how the last outing went, you would have to expect a high-scoring matchup again. This game gives the vibe that both teams will be playing with plenty of adrenaline and energy to start, which may cause some errors on both sides. With incredibly cold temperatures expected, certain aspects of each team’s game may also be affected as well. If the Steelers are to win, eliminate the Bengals, and keep their AFC North title hopes alive, it will have to be a collective effort. This is something fans have not seen from both sides of the ball in weeks now, With the playoffs now just a week away, there is no more time to mess around. – Alex Hanczar

After a three-game skid and at home, this one feels like a win even if it’s anything but an easy matchup. I think the Steelers offense finds some life but the defense once again struggles to keep up with Joe Burrow on the other side of the ball. This week, the Steelers are well rested and healthy while Cincinnati is banged up. I think that could be the difference as both teams are playing to prove something. 31-28, Steelers. – Ryland Bickley

The black and gold have officially reached a crossroad. Will the 2024-25 season be remembered for an historic collapse? Or will they regain their footing that once had folks believing they are a legit contender? In week 13 the Steelers dropped 44 points on the Bengals in Cincinnati, so there is potential for a get right game offensively for QB Russell Wilson and company. However, it’s the Steelers defense that has to answer some major questions. During a three game losing streak they’ve allowed an average of 30 points per game. Joe Burrow would be in the MVP conversation if his defense could stop anyone. When it’s all said and done, I’m not overly confident in the Steelers finding their groove, but I can’t lose complete faith in this team after losing to Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Kansas City. Pittsburgh 27, Cincinnati 20. – Mike Nicastro

Everything is on the line for the Bengals, so it’s gonna come down to the Steelers’ front four. If they can keep Joe Burrows from climbing the pocket or escaping the rush, Pittsburgh will be in good shape. Mike Tomlin and Teryl Austin will shut up the haters long enough to enjoy the upcoming postseason adventure. Steelers 24-Bengals 20. – Kyle Chrise

The Pittsburgh Steelers aren’t just playing for seeding this week; they’re playing for pride. The locker room has seemed to be a mess from the outside. The strong start to the season is crumbling. There’s frustrations on just about every front. However, they’ve had a mini-bye to collect themselves and now have a matchup against a Cincinnati Bengals defense that couldn’t stop a nosebleed — good news for the offense, but still, probably not enough to overcome the type of momentum the Bengals are carrying into this contest. It will all come down to whether or not the Steelers defense can force Joe Burrow to make mistakes, and with the way he’s playing right now, I’m not feeling confident that they can. Bengals 24-Steelers 17. – Kate Magdziuk

I’ve picked the Steelers to win in each of their last two games and they made me regret my positive thinking. How they’ve played over the last three weeks has given me no reason to believe that they’ll overcome a Bengals team that is playing for their postseason lives and have won their last four games. Hopefully they prove me wrong. Bengals 28, Steelers 22. – Jarrett Bailey
