The Pittsburgh Steelers are looking to lock up the highest possible playoff seed they can in the season’s final week, as they’ll face off against a Cincinnati Bengals team that is playing for their playoff lives. Ahead of that, though, some are starting to see what 2025 will hold in terms of opponents and international games, and it looks as if Pittsburgh will be travelling overseas in 2025.

According to Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the Steelers will be playing a game in Ireland in 2025.

The Steelers played a preseason game in Ireland back in 1997 against the Chicago Bears, which is still the only game in NFL history to take place in Irish soil. The opponent of said game is yet to be known.

The late Dan Rooney was the United States Ambassador to Ireland from 2009 to 2012.
