We now know where the Steelers will be heading in the Wild Card round, finishing the year with a 10-7 regular season record. The black and gold will head to Baltimore after dropping their fourth straight at the hands of the Cincinnati Bengals, who have officially missed the playoffs as the Denver Broncos secured the final playoff berth in the AFC.

The Baltimore Ravens, meanwhile, clinched the AFC North by shellacking the Cleveland Browns 35-10. Considering the Steelers had a two-and-a-half game cushion over the Ravens just two weeks ago, this is a disastrous final-month stretch for Pittsburgh. They’ll now head back to a place where they lost 34-17 on December 21st, against a team that’s won five straight.

The game has been scheduled for Saturday, January 11 at 8 p.m. ET and will air on Amazon Prime Video.

This bitter AFC North rivalry certainly won’t lack drama. If there is a silver lining, the Steelers have won eight of their last 10 against the Ravens, and have generally controlled QB Lamar Jackson, who figures to be in the conversation for NFL MVP, which would make him a back-to-back winner.

The Steelers have opened as 8.5-point underdogs in Baltimore with the point total at 46.5 on FanDuel Sportsbook.
