The NFL released its Week 18 schedule, and the Pittsburgh Steelers will be playing on Saturday night as they host the Cincinnati Bengals. However, the Baltimore Ravens will play at 4:30 against the Cleveland Browns, meaning if they win, they win the division and the Steelers will have very little to play for. Head coach Mike Tomlin was asked if he planned to rest any starters if that was the case.

“I haven’t pondered that at all,” Tomlin said. “I doubt I’ll be in that mentality.”

Tomlin also emphasized that going into the playoffs with momentum was important, which hints at the fact that Pittsburgh won’t rest any starters considering they are currently riding a three-game losing streak and going into the playoffs losers of four straight would be the definition of limping into the postseason.

The Steelers defeated the Bengals 44-38 in the first matchup between the two teams.
