The Pittsburgh Steelers got some positive news ahead of Sunday’s Sunday Night Football showdown against the Dallas Cowboys. After initially being listed as questionable with a groin injury, veteran DE Larry Ogunjobi has had his status upgraded and has no injury designation for the contest.

Ogunjobi has racked up the third-most pressures on the team this season (7), one of them a sack against Joe Flacco in the Steelers’ Week 4 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. He’s been particularly efficient as a tackler with six total on the year (three solo, three assists), including a tackle for loss and a 0% missed forced tackle rate.

His guaranteed status ahead of this game is a big plus for the Steelers, who will already be without a starter on defense — OLB Alex Highsmith — in this game, dealing with a groin injury. They could also get OLB Jeremiah Moon back in this game, who missed the first four weeks of the season on IR with an ankle injury — more help on the way.
