UPDATE: The Pittsburgh Steelers have ruled out starting right guard James Daniels for the remainder of Week 4 with an ankle injury. The Steelers’ offensive line has been decimated by injuries to this point in the season, missing rookie RT Troy Fautanu who is on IR with a knee injury, as well as their intended starter at center, Nate Herbig, out for the year, and their starting left guard, Isaac Seumalo, who’s dealing with a pectoral injury.
The Steelers are banged up up front, and the last thing they needed was another injury, but that’s what they got early in the first quarter. Star guard James Daniels left the game on the team’s first drive and is questionable to return, per Burt Lauten of Steelers PR.
