The Steelers are fresh off their biggest win of the season against the Washington Commanders, but they’re up for an even bigger game next week. The newly-minted 7-2 Steelers take on the 7-3 Baltimore Ravens at home on Nov. 17 at 1 p.m. ET.

Pittsburgh defeated Washington 28-27 on Sunday, limiting quarterback Jayden Daniels to just five rushing yards to go along with his 202 passing yards. On offense, Pittsburgh wasn’t efficient through the air, with Russell Wilson completing just 50% of his passing. But he completed several big throws, including three touchdown passes to lead the Steelers to their one-point victory.

Pittsburgh is due to get talented rotational pass-rusher Nick Herbig back soon, but starter Alex Highsmith suffered an ankle injury on Sunday that could be serious. Starting cornerback Donte Jackson also left the game early.

The Ravens are also coming off a one-point victory in Week 10, defeating the Cincinnati Bengals 35-34 on Thursday Night Football. The Ravens’ secondary continues to be a liability, giving up 428 passing yards and four touchdowns to Joe Burrow, but Baltimore’s offense remains elite: Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry combined for five scores.

On the injury front, an important name to watch for the Ravens is star safety Kyle Hamilton. He injured his ankle against the Bengals, and although it isn’t serious, his status is unclear for Sunday.

Are the Ravens a good football team? Definitely. But it’s a little surprising to see the Steelers as 3-5-point home underdogs as a 7-2 team leading their division and on a four-game winning streak. The 46.5-point over/under also feels a bit low given how high-flying both offenses have been over the last several weeks, even if Steelers-Ravens isn’t known as a high-scoring rivalry. However, the consensus seems to be that the game will be yet another close matchup between two of the AFC’s best teams.
