Earlier this week we asked about the best time slot for a football game, but with the NFL schedule officially out, it’s time to get more specific in today’s Let’s talk Steelers:
What Steeler game are you looking forward to the most in 2025?
If you need a recap, here’s the upcoming regular season schedule:

In my opinion, Pittsburgh’s season opener against the Jets is all too easy to circle on this year’s schedule.
Obviously, if Aaron Rodgers ends up in Pittsburgh there will be a big storyline there, but former Steeler Justin Fields making his first start for New York makes this game interesting regardless.
Plus, it’s the season opener! It’ll be our first chance at seeing what the 2025 Steelers really look like.
Beyond that, Week 8 against the Packers (another possible Rodgers revenge game, a primetime home game, a great uniform matchup, and two historic franchises) and Week 11 against the Bengals (home division game right when the playoff race starts to take shape) also look like strong contenders for the best games of the year.
What are your thoughts? And are there any games you’re hoping to make in-person this season?
I’m also interested to hear your takes on how difficult this year’s schedule looks, especially compared to last year. The early bye week may not be ideal, but at least there’s no Eagles-Ravens-Chiefs in 11 days this time around…
